Steven is a highly accomplished, dynamic marketing guru with extensive relationships and a successful track record of organizational efficiency and productivity improvements. He is a creative, goal oriented, award winning professional with cross-disciplinary, integrated marketing, communications, strategic planning and management experience. Throughout his career, he has developed innovative brand building campaigns, trained and supervised staff, launched international brands, and managed P&L for major corporations. Steven is the President of Lincoln University New York Metro Alumni Association, a member of United Black Men of Queens, Inc. and a Gold Life Member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

We are happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Freeman Lipscomb IV as Director of Mentoring.  Freeman is a graduate of SUNY Albany where he received a BA Degree in Communications and a minor in Business Marketing and Sociology.  Freeman is a natural motivational and public speaker.  This talented young man will prove to be an asset to both the mentoring program and the UBMQ organization. He will also host our newly launched podcast (Pathways), that will expand our reach to thousands of young people.
